Definitely a cool app for Mac users. While it's relatively simple to remove a program from OS/X, it still leaves a bit behind in your user library. AppZapper takes care of the program in its entirety, which can be good over a long period of time.
AppZapper 1.5 has arrived and boasts a useful new feature called ZapGenie, where you can look at all your applications listed by name or date last used, and easily zap them.
Very interesting read on Macs and their fanboys, faults, and benefits. While I don't agree with everything Ed writes, I did enjoy the article - so should you!

There are already scores of religious fanboy zealots who are going to tell you - in great detail - how great the Mac is, and why you should switch. I'm not going to. I'll let them convince you. But beware. Just because the Mac is an excellent computer, that doesn't mean it's panacea. Here are some things you're going to want to pay attention to as you switch:
A nice blurb from AM on the importance of protecting your Mac, despite many people saying they are automatically "safe" out of the box. While this is somewhat true, especially when compared to a Windows box, there are still issues to be managed.
It is important that we aren’t arrogant about the whole affair of OS X being “virus” free, because we will be hit by a large virus. It’s just a matter of time.
So what steps should people be taking in order to protect themselves further?
